① Heating part
Heat the plastic sheet to harden it for molding. According to the different contact methods between the heater and the sheet, there are two heating methods: direct heating and indirect heating. Direct heating is to bring the sheet into contact with the heater. The heating speed is fast, but uneven, and is suitable for heating thinner materials; indirect heating is the application of radiant heat, which is close to the heating of the sheet, and the heating is thorough and even, but the speed is slower, and it is suitable for thicker materials. Hot air heating uses hot air to radiate directly to the surface of the heated plastic sheet. ②Forming part
There are two methods for blister molding, namely compression molding and blister molding. Compression molding is to blow the hardened sheet against the mold with compressed air to make it close to the four walls of the mold. The mold adopts a flat shape, usually intermittent transmission, but also continuous transmission. Its molding quality is good, and it is practical for both deep and shallow blister.
Blister molding is to use a vacuum method to absorb the hardened sheet on the four walls of the mold to form the cavity of the blister. Molds mostly adopt a roller shape that continues to be conveyed. Due to the limited suction generated by the vacuum, the angle of the blister leaving the roller is limited after the molding is added, so it is only practical for shallower blister and thinner materials.
③Filling equipment

④Hot package preparation

The aluminum foil substrate material used for the cover is sealed on the blister. There are two types: flat type and roller type. The flat plate is used for intermittent conveying, and the roller type is used for continuous conveying.
