The Installation Method Of The Upper, Middle And Lower Punches Of The Tablet Press

1. Middle mold installation:

Loosen the embossed screw screwed on the upper track cover, pull out the cover, and lightly hit the middle mold from the punching hole with the middle mold stick to make the middle mold fit into the middle mold hole. The middle mold must not be higher than the working surface of the turntable, and should be checked one by one to avoid mistakes. When installing the middle mold, turn the inner test handwheel at the lower part of the machine to make the turntable turn clockwise, and then fix it with the middle mold screw.

2. Upper punch installation:

Remove the cover plate on the upper rail guide plate, then gradually insert the upper punch into the hole, rotate the punch with the thumb and index finger, and check that the head enters the middle mold and slides up and down flexibly, and no hard rubbing phenomenon is qualified. The upper punch is all installed, and the cover plate is fastened.
