What Are The Feeding Methods Of The Tablet Press?

The feeding system of the tablet press can generally be divided into three types: the shoe feeding system of the single punching machine, the moon feeding system of the low speed rotary tablet press, and the forced feeding part of the high speed press.

The system of the single tablet press machine is compared with the structural characteristics of the stamping process. The main structure of the shoe material system is that the feeding machine is in the shape of a shoe, which is driven by a cam to swing left and right on the die surface to complete the operations of feeding, scraping, and pushing.

The crescent gate feeding system of ordinary low-speed rotary machines, the feeder is fixed on the turntable gauge, so that the lower part of the gate maintains a certain distance, with a template surface. When the rotating ring of the mold passes under the feeder, the product particles on the grid fall into the mold holes, and the multiple twisted grid plates cause the product to be filled multiple times.

The feeder of tablet press machine process is that the particles are filled into the holes of the die, and when the downward punch is pushed to the upper plane of the feed rail, the excess particles are scraped off with a scraper; when the lower punch moves forward to the upper edge of the lower wheel , when the upper punch moves forward to the lower edge of the upper wheel, the distance between the two punches is the smallest, and the particles are compressed into flakes.
