Flat-plate blister packaging machine operation process and working method: the molded plastic sheet is heated to a softened and plastic state at the flat-type preheating and disassembly, and is hauled by step-by-step disassembly to the flat-plate molding and disassembly, shortening the air to blow the softened hard plastic sheet (Or stamping and blow molding) into a blister, filling and disassembly will fill the package into the blister, and then transfer to the flat-plate sealing and dismantling, at the appropriate temperature and pressure, seal the plastic rigid sheet of the cage with the aluminum foil , And finally sent to typing, embossing and punching and disassembly, punching out the batch number, pressing out the broken line, and punching into the specified size of the plate.
The characteristic of the blister packaging machine is that the forming, folding and disassembling structure is a flat plate, and the forming system is blow molding (positive pressure forming), and the air is shortened to blow the heated and softened hard plastic sheet (or blow molding and stamping) into the forming mold. A blister with the required geometric shape is formed in the cavity. Due to the positive pressure molding, the molding quality is good, the dimensional accuracy is high, and the large molding depth of the blister can reach more than 35 mm.
The sealing and disassembling structure is a flat plate. The aluminum foil to be sealed is sent between the flat sealing plates and then pressure-sealed. After a press time, it is flexibly separated. It belongs to intermittent sealing. Surface contact requires total sealing. The pressure is relatively high, and the sealing mechanism requires high precision.
Due to the use of plate-type molding and plate-type blister packing machine's sealing, it is highly adaptable to plate size changes. The plate enumerates flexibility. The die-cut plate is flat and does not warp. However, the sealing time is very long, so that the speed of the whole machine is reduced, and the number of individual punching times is within 35 times/min.
