Inspection process went smoothly

HYPMY cooperated with the reputable SGS company and fully entrusted it with inspection matters in mainland China, ensuring the professionalism and fairness of the entire inspection process. SGS representative Ms. Yu and her team conducted a comprehensive and detailed inspection of the three-color tablet rotary tablet press we produced, including but not limited to key aspects such as appearance, function, and procedures. After a strict quality control procedure, all parts met HYPMY's order requirements and Brazilian production standards, and were highly recognized by customers.

Remote training service

In order to ensure that HYPMY's production line workers can fully master the use and daily maintenance methods of the tablet press, Rich Packing's engineering team provided them with a comprehensive remote training through video conferencing. The training content covers the mold disassembly and assembly, machine cleaning, maintenance, use of various parameters of the PLC program, common troubleshooting, etc. of the fully automatic three-color tablet press, ensuring that HYPMY can be put into production smoothly and maximize the performance of the equipment.
