The automatic horizontal cartoning packing machine produced by Rich Packing has stable performance and it is suitable for 24 hours continuous production. Rich packing's 130W cartoner machine uses the latest designed continuous planetary wheel carton suction mechanism, which has fast speed and good forming effect.

The cartoning box packaging machine is highly intelligent and can accurately detect the quantity of products, and adopts siemens PLC intelligent motion control system that realize automatic frequency conversion and speed regulation according to real-time monitoring data.

The inspection results of each workstation are mutually verified and the data are shared of each other. For example, if there is no product on the conveyor belt, the instructions origami machine will stop folding and stop conveying the leaflet. When the cartoner packing machine cannot detect the leaflet, the carton suction device will run idle and will not suck the carton.

Automatic rejection function in ZH-130W carton packing box machine, If it is detected that there is no leaflet or product in the carton, it will be automatically rejected.

Newly upgraded detection technology, pre-carton detection and post-carton cross-detection technology (3 times of detection before and after the leaflet), 100% detection and rejection of incorrect filling quantity and problems with the carton or carton seal.

Faults and output can be displayed visually in Siemens PLC touch screen, faults of the cartoning machine can be viewed on the touch screen at any time, making maintenance easier.
