ZP-27D Tablet Press Making Machine
The Material Feeding process begins with the feeding of raw materials into the tablet press. These materials can be in the form of powders, granules, or other suitable forms. The materials are usually stored in a hopper, which then feeds into the feeder system of the machine.
Compression and Pressing: Once the correct dosage is ready, the material is directed to the compression area. Here, the punches compress the material inside the die cavity, applying immense pressure to form the tablet. The upper and lower punches compress the material within the die, forming the tablet's shape and size.
After compression, the formed tablets need to be ejected from the dies. The lower punch rises, pushing the tablet out of the die cavity. The tablets are then either collected in a container or transported further along the production line for coating, packaging, or other processing.
Automation and Precision: Automatic rotary tablet presses excel in their automation and precision. They are equipped with advanced mechanisms and controls that ensure accuracy and consistency throughout the process. These machines use sensors, monitors, and control systems to regulate factors like tablet weight, thickness, hardness, and uniformity. This automation minimizes human intervention, reducing errors and enhancing efficiency.
Rotary Mechanism: The rotary mechanism is a key feature of these presses. The turret, which holds multiple sets of dies, rotates continuously during the operation. As the turret rotates, the dies move through various stations, including filling, compression, and ejection. This continuous rotary motion allows for high-speed tablet making production while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
