In addition, the four-post positioning and fixing methods are adopted in all working stations to ensure the continuous and the stable performance of DPP130 of the simple operation.

The main features of DPP130 Blister Package Machine are as follows:
1. The link between the machinery and the main drive bearing of DPP130 adopts the  super power transmission method to arrange the chains, which eliminates the error and the noise caused by the gear transmissions.
2. The machinery adopts a detachable segmented structure: the packaging material forming, the material adding, and the hot sealing stations are part of the whole.
3. The smart positioning system of the photoelectric infrared eye is adopted to cut the packaging material to ensure the synchronization stability of the machine in the ultra-long distance and the multi working station coordination automatically.
4. According to different demands, we are providing optional correction device, the imported stepper motor traction, and the special packaging materials to adapt.
5. This machine is suitable for many pharmaceutical and food packaging applications, including packing for coated pills, capsules, tablets, syringes, and the medical equipment electronics.
6. It is optional to add the batch and the date production printing, as well as the selections of the indentation station, which is widely applicable to many packing requirements.
