DPH-260 High Speed Roller Blister Packing Machine By Rich Packing
The High Speed Tablet Blister Packaging Machine of RICH PACKING 15 days delivery and 3 year warranty is a special pharmaceutical packing machine that manufactures blister plates from the traditional Chinese medicines, the western medicine tablets, western medicine soft shell or hard shell capsules and the other medicines through the outer packaging materials. There are two main types of the outer packaging materials that can be used, that is namely high standard plastic film and the hygienic aluminum foil. Our Guangdong RICH PACKING’s blister packaging machine for tablet capsule medicine is a new type of machinery that integrates the strong electricity, the weak electricity, and this pneumatics, and to reforms the original low end models that are not convenient to use.
Our blister packaging machine consists of a special feeding device for the outer packaging materials, and our machines are equipped with a large heating plate device with automatic feeding motor and the temperature control to form the front sections. There is also a molding device with the positive pressure blowing, the transmission device driven by the servo motor, a temperature controllable hot sealing device and a cutting and the controllable rejection device.
In the blistering production of the packaging blister machine, the cooling methods of the water flow is mainly used. This method can greatly reduce the high excessive temperature working conditions, that may occur in the blistering production, which leads to the occurrence of the defective products in the blister and simplifies the process.
