The design concept of the 8D tablet counting machine is derived from the enrichment strategy of the high-end counting machinery models RQ DSL 16h and RQ DSL 16r developed by our company.
The 8D type adopts a vibration orbit that can adjust the oscillation channel frequency.

If calculated according to one bottle of counting and filling as 60 pieces of material, our capsule counting machine is 3000 bottles in one hour, which is so equivalent to completing the filling and counting of 180,000 pieces of material.
In terms of the multiple material feeding ports, we also adopted the pneumatic feeding device that is only used for the high-end machines, which can accurately feed the tablets, the capsules and the small objects into bottles when counting materials.
