The semi-automatic counting and bottling machine TLS1 is a new generation of innovative laboratory counting and bottling counter machine in our factory. Tsl1 has independent control of counting and detection system. The counting precision of it is more than 99.98%. The double feeding nozzles of the machines could make the bottling speed reach 2000 pcs per minute. The table capsules counter can count and fill all kinds of medicine, health products, tablets, pharmaceuticals, pills, capsules and other solid products. 

The table top counting machine meets the production requirements of cGMP, and the desktop bottling counting machine occupies a very little area (the net size of the machine is only 0.735m*0.580 m *0.720m, the number is 0.3 meters, and the floor area only needs 0.43 m2). The weight of it is only 100 kg that can easily move the position you want to place without effort.

The new generation of lab counting bottling machine newly developed by Guangdong Richpacking uses tempered glass rotary table for the orderly material handling, and the cross guide rail guides material feeding. The stepless variable speed vibration of the semi-automatic counting machines and the uniform vibration blanking makes the counting materials separate orderly. The electronic counting machine desktop is suitable for bottles of different specifications, that can be adjusted freely and can be compatible with the different bottle heights. The PLC touch screen is quite sensitive and has high precision.
