1. NJP3800C adopts the patented structure of the new quick-change mold to complete all the work in a quarter of an hour.
2. The NJP-3800 filling machine adopts the reasonable selection of RU140 and RU125 high-precision gap indexing box, which fully guarantees the stability and service life of the machine.
3. It adopts an automatic refueling system to automatically refuel the transmission components, all transmission cams and sprockets every 24 hours (real-time production).
4. The innovative design of NJP-3800 uses a sealing ring to protect the dust isolation device, which completely guarantees the sealing performance of the equipment operation and the disadvantages of cumbersome equipment maintenance.
5. Based on the lower plane of the measuring plate, the patented three-dimensional adjustment mechanism is adopted to eliminate the natural deformation of the measuring plate and the copper pad, and the gap is uniform.
6. Adopting the design of single row 13 die holes and 12 stations, the output of 280,000 grains per hour and the compact body have become the high-tech equipment with large output and space saving at home and abroad.
7. A switch that can control the capsule is added in the capsule broadcasting position (control outside the machine: safer and more convenient), and the staff can easily perform actions when they need emergency operations.
