Through the sorter and the corrector of the machine, all the bottles are transported to the directions of the mouth upward, and finally the bottles will be transported to the device of the next automatic tablet capsule pill counting machine production line through the conveying track in the fine sequence.
This Bottle Unscrambler is different from the other type of counterparts, our rich packing this new machine uses the German Siemens PLC touch control system, and the working production parameters and the working requirements can be adjusted directly on the PLC screen.
The rear type material storage carton box of the Bottle Unscrambler can prevent the fine bottles from being piled up and will prevent disordered. It is very quite convenient to replace and very quite convenient to maintain the bottle sorting tray. We have set up the all the special torsion bar, which can be easily adjusted by the machine twisting.
